Newcastle Bangla School, an accredited, non-profit, NSW Language School, is committed to educating Newcastle’s young Bangladeshi community about their cultural and linguistic background. We deliver hands-on, fun experiences encouraging young people to connect to their Bangladeshi heritage.
Newcastle Bangla School promotes young Bangladeshis’ connections to their culture through education. Their interactions with language, cultural traditions, and the wider Bangladeshi community encourage a meaningful relationship with their background.
Time: Sundays during the school term, 10:00am to 12:00pm (subject to change- check Facebook page)

On 15th September 2018, the Students of Newcastle Bangla School performed a musical to showcase the beauty of Bangladesh & the Language Movement of 21st February 1952. The musical was choreographed by Adnan Al Moshi and coordinated by Fakhrul Islam and Nazma Islam.
